Executive Administrator / Personal Assistant (Bangkok)

Role overview
  • Personal Assistant to Young CEO
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Carry out coordinating tasks including helping tracking companies’ performance and projects progress, involve with startups community, and assist CEO works in startups community.
  • Prepare documents accordingly, responsible for meetings, minutes reports and all secretarial tasks.
  • Responsible for most of general administrative tasks around company covering Bangkok office.
  • Act as the point of contact, screening, and directing calls, emails, and other means of contacts.
  • Manage CEO’s time, schedule appointments and coordinate with all concerned parties.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation for executives.
  • Carry out other duties as may be requested as assigned by executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Having experience working as Executive Administrator, Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary within startup or IT related field is strongly preferred.
  • Not over 29 years old
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Pleasant personality, service mind, energetic
  • A very well-organized person
  • Self-discipline, agile, must have a flexible work life.
  • Able to work well under pressure and high responsibilities.
