Role overview

The Executive Assistant to the CEO & HR Administrator is a dual-function role designed to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO while also managing key HR-related tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information. The role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of executive tasks, as well as in supporting human resources functions.

Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Executive Administrative: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and arranging travel.
  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Liaison Role: Act as the primary contact between the CEO and both Martech associations and Thai startup associations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage the company's participation in Martech and Thai startup events, including conferences, seminars, and networking functions.

HR Administration:

  • Employee Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for HR-related employee inquiries and concerns, providing assistance and resolving issues as needed.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and compliance is maintained.
  • Policy Support: Help implement and enforce HR policies and procedures as instructed by the HR department.
  • Training Coordination: Support the organization of employee training programs and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or HR administrative role, with experience in event and booth management preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
