Account Executive (Account Manager)

Role overview
  • Manage software sales with large enterprises
  • Consult enterprise customers on software needs

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients as a trusted expert in data-driven marketing
  • Analyze membership performance, key metrics movement, and campaign performance of each client
  • Maintain and develop relationship with 3rd party vendors and partners. Purchase e-coupon/privilege from partner merchants according to budget provided and/or agreed with customers
  • Process purchase order of privileges and manage privilege stock
  • Prepare and develop regular reports including membership activeness and campaign performance
  • Recommend marketing actions and marketing campaigns using both company’s platform capabilities and external partners’ capabilities
  • Coordinate with Project Management Team and Product Development Team

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in field in client-facing role including client service or client success management
  • Experience in building relationships with clients, vendors, and partners especially marketing team of large enterprises
  • Experience in B2B software company, Marketing Technology, or Software-as-a-service (SaaS) preferred
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency in MS applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, presentation, and analytical skills
  • A consultancy mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and empathize clients
  • Self-initiated and strong service mind
