PP Group is a luxury importer who has 9 brands-chain. Consequently, their challenge is how to manage Loyalty Program in a brand and multi-brands.
The data in PRIMO system is organized in an orderly manner. there's no redundant data silos. There's no need to duplicate information of same members with the other brands when they're multiple brands.
Admin can check information and make a correction in timely manner.
