DKSH Project

DKSH is a luxury importer who has brands-chain. Consequently, their challenge is how to manage Loyalty Program in brands.

This case study is different from PP GROUP Project. That is their communication that customers are directly to the brand itself, for example Lee Cooper and Mossimo.

This project, PRIMO implements 2 brands in 1 membership program which can display all brands in Line OA. The customer can earn and burn points directly in brand level and brand coupon.

All customer transaction data via Line OA comes to our CDP. PRIMO system provides a tool that sale man can collect points, likewise in e-commerce, we also have a portal that the marketer can fill and upload all customer data collected in the same place. The marketer can build campaigns from these which they can segment targeted products and audience.  

In addition, PRIMO system can also set Automation rule as the first signing up or levelling up. The privilege is according to rule automatically which erases human errors.
